We had a very bad experience at this establishment. We bought 1 pizza, and the guys accidentally put in the wrong komma and charged us 95 instead of 9,50. My friend put in her card too soon and it was done. The man proceeded to blame us for the incident and said he couldn't pay us back. Than he said he only had 50 cash and we should buy 30 euros worth of other things in his shop. After pressing for a long time he managed to miraculously find 30 extra to pay us back. We didnt receive any good treatment after that. He shouted about it to his colleague the rest of the time we were waiting there. He really startled my friend and she didn't feel safe. I honestly wanted to stay outside and not look how my pizza was cooked. The guy started being rude right after I made the payment. And when I asked him for a bill he just walked away.

Before he started to cook the pizza, he fed the cat with his bear hands with some meet or something and proceeded to cook without even washing his hands (that’s when I walked outside)

After he was done cooking I took the pizza and i thanked him. But he slammed the box on the counter and didn’t even reply.

No wonder why the place is empty, coz it’s dirty and nobody want to even go to there coz of their rude attitude

Nebudu psát že hnus nebo že personál byl takový nebo takový. Myslím si že tato recenze bude konstruktivní. Lidé tu řešili tvar jaký Pizza měla.. no a co.. tak nebyla pravá Italská kulatá.. to je bezpředmětná informace. Příbor.. nalijme si “čistého vína” vypadal jak umytý na rychlo ve studené vodě. Minimálně nebyl zcela čistý. Přivolávací zařízení na jídlo bylo zcela od rukou které dělali jídlo.. to je tak těžke si ruce umít? Vymlouvat se že vaše kultura tak funguje by bylo mimo mísu. A suroviny? Nelze hodnotit v jaké stavu je dovezlo zásobování ale tomatový základ byl nakyslý a pesto bylo divně nahořklé. Tedy buď byla špatná kvalita nebo je zkrátka neumíte skladovat. Majtelova odpověď ohledně hlodavců mě šokovala.. je teda fakt že jsme žádné neviděli ale odpovědět že je to vlastně normální a stává se to?! Ne to teda není normální! Pohybuji se v gastronomii 12let a pracoval jsem i na různých stáncích s občerstvením a vždy byla hygiena alfa omega. Jestli fungujete tak dlouho jak psal majtel tak lidé kteří tady jedí se nechli zlákat cenou a věřím že většina z nich je u vás poprvé a naposledy. Zamyslete se nad sebou, podnikáte v nádherném městě a takle to odfláknete. Naše zkušenost nebyla na jednu hvězdu ale horší...
