One of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants in Paris, offering authentic flavours from Northern Vietnam. The Vietnamese steamed crepe is absolutely delicious. The “phở” with special fatty beef (“gàu”) tastes just like in Hanoi-the broth is rich, the vermicelli reminds me of my hometown, and the rare beef is perfectly tender. The “bún riêu” is also amazing and helps ease my homesickness. A must-visit spot for Northern Vietnamese cuisine. The only pity is that the restaurant is only open at midday from Monday to Friday.
