We had an awful experience visiting this shop. First, I bought what I came for, and then I stayed with my friend who kept trying different products. Security guard followed us everywhere (just us) which was a bit intimidating. After my friend chose what she wanted and bought it, we were asked to show our bags and our pockets. No, we didn't steal anything, but from all the Sephora shops I've been to that was the worst experience. The staff with mid-length straight black hair has a really bad attitude. I spoke to her nicely, but she seemed impatient and unwilling to assist me when I asked if there was still stock for a Dior lipstick. I told her the lipstick was a gift for my friend before I paid for it. After I paid, she handed me the lipstick without any packaging. When I reminded her that it was a gift, she said: “but it needs 50 cents, do you want to pay for it?” With a very arrogant attitude.

This Sephora store is by far the worst I’ve visited. First of all, security people are so ‘weird’ & ‘judgy’ like you feel their gaze all the time, and if you have gone there to just look around products you feel like an impostor. Definitely inconvenient. Staff seems more friendly but still they are not helpful, they don’t approach you to help you find the best products you are looking for. Overall good selection of brands...
