What a lucky and unique find near the Paris Expo conference center! Excellent smash burgers and food. The owner is a very lovely man and you can tell he has put his heart and soul into both the place and the food. The beef is local black Angus - it is prime - I made the mistake of getting too much toppings on the burger - because the beef flavour and texture of the smash burger was top notch. The sauce is also a unique one - perfectly complements the beef with the right amount of zing! All the toppings were delicious but if I go back I will keep it simple because the beef is really the star.

The decor is quite unique - you can tell the attention to detail when even the salt shakers match the theme - very impressive for a 1 man operation - it's hard to find charm and soul like this...
