Just had lunch there with my wife. It was full with nowhere to sit. People just hanging out at a few of the tables. The long bench and a table were marked reserved(total of maybe 10 seats) but nobody was sitting there yet. One of the staff who seemed to be the only one really working(he was actively cleaning the whole time we were there) said we could use half of the reserved table for now so we sat down.
We started to eat when some of the other staff came out from the back and told us to move, we said we were told we could use the table. They asked us if we knew how to read(very rude) and kept telling us to get out. They came back with the manager who said the group who reserved had arrived(even though they hadn’t) and asked us to move to a table that just cleared out. We had no problem with moving but the rudeness and lack of communication between their staff was shocking and uncalled for. The manager did try to compensate us with a shot-sized cup of hot chocolate.
About 15 minutes later the group who had reserved arrived as we were finishing our food. We could have eaten and gone with no issues. In fact they ended up moving the table we were using minutes after they moved us and let other customers sit there.
The funny thing is that the group who had reserved was corporate coming to see the place and they had a google review printout in hand. I bet they didn’t realize that their visit was going to end up getting them another bad review. The staff there...
Read moreGarbage everywhere but still full staff in the kitchen, none in the kitchen had proper clothing, one guy stood in his private clothes witch just makes me sick as a chef to see, we could also immediately feel that they the one I ordered from didn’t like foreigners, easy menu choices we made, 3 of the same kids meal, all the same chicken, fries, apple, Pepsi max, and I took some chicken burger but still we only got two kids meal and I had to stand in line for 13 min first and then she said she will fix it in a minute and I stayed and waited at the counter but then she goes behind the kitchen so I can’t see her so then I had to wait for a total of 24 minutes additional to the time when we ordered, really really bad of them and I hope kfc management does...

L'ambiance du restaurant m'a vraiment choquée et alertée. A la caisse, une jeune fille qui visiblement ne voulait pas être là et le faisait sentir en soufflant toutes les deux minutes se met à crier pour que les clients à table viennent les chercher puis ensuite dit à son collègue: "bah sinon ils viendront pas les chercher, ils croient que je vais leur apporter!". J'étais très mal à l'aise de la façon dont l'enseigne traitait ses clients. D'autant plus qu'il y avait les pancartes avec les numéros à coté des caisses automatiques, ce qui voulait quand même dire qu'il y avait un service à table... Alors pourquoi mettre à disposition ce service si c'est trop demander?
Ensuite, au bout de 20 minutes, ne voyant toujours pas ma commande alors que je n'avais pris grand chose, je demande au personnel, qui apperement n'avait pas été traité suite à un oubli. Heureusement que je m'en suis apercue... La personne qui semble être le manager ne présente aucune excuse face à cette situation et me donne simplement la commande. Comme je n'avais pas pris de sauce, je lui en demande une, et il me fait très sec: ca fera 30 centimes par contre. Je comprends parfaitement que ça soit un article payant mais dans la mesure où ma commande n'a pas été traitée à temps, j'étais tou de même surprise que tout ce qu'il trouve à faire, c est me faire payer la sauce à 30 centimes.
Et pour couronner le tout, ce n'était pas bon, la qualité d'un poulet kfc n'y était pas.
