KFC — Restaurant in Paris

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order, specifically order number #B15D1. Unfortunately, this is the second time in a row that my order has been incomplete, with missing items. Additionally, I was disheartened to see that the quality of the products was subpar. The lettuce appeared to be spoiled, and the bread and corn did not appear fresh.

As a regular customer, I have always valued the high standards of your company's products and services. However, this recent experience has left me feeling let down. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and take steps to ensure that such issues do not arise in the future.

A horrible, horrible service. First you need to fight for 10 ml of ketchup and mayonnaise. They won't give it away that easy. Apparently you have to earn it. On top of that, the lid used to close the drink either has problem in the way it was designed or they don't use it properly. It opened within the bag and the drink destroyed the food. I had to throw most of it away. I carried the bag myself and I was pretty carefull with it. So no hasty delivery service to blame. Anyway I learned my lession: KFC to avoid.

Edit: In the reply on this review, they asked me to contact customer service. And I did. But so far - no reply from them....

Since 10 years i gave several KFC in Paris a chance to convince me they can prepare good food. Again, another huge disappointment. Old, cold and plastic-like chicken in sauces that just taste bad. And as always, a stomach ache directly afterwards.

I do not understand why KFC France cannot have the level of KFC Germany. For many years KFC Germany is delivering great chicken. Maybe a case for KFC USA HQ to check on their French restaurants?
