I give up speaking French to show my respect. I’m leaving this comment in English for everyone who’s not French - The white waitress treated me horribly. There’re plenty people sitting alone in a table of two or three people, but she forced me to sit in bad tables next to trash, saying because I was alone. Maybe because I’m not white, I guess! I don’t know if she’s racist or same rude to everyone. There’re so many people sitting alone there! And also, I gave up eating here, because I don’t wanna sit next to bushes or trash. I asked for a bag to take away my crepes. She gave me one, and saying “well you have a bag yourself” - Yes I have a tote bag, but it’s none of your business, I want a plastic bag to take away my food, is that too much to ask? Horrible service! I live nearby and eat here many times before. There’s really no need to be so mean to your clients. Super rude, super mean. I almost bursted into tears there, while I was super offended and angry. Thank you for completely ruined my mood. No wonder you got bad reviews. Your service made the food not tasty anymore.

Ps to reply your comment, yes I changed my mind to want to eat in, but there’s plenty seats there, there’s no problem of seats, but the waitress refused me to sit in those seats, saying because I was alone, while there’s two old ladies eating alone there too. Well, if you’re the boss who I paid with, you were not there when I had all the conversations with your waitress. How do you know what happened between us, and how can you come to tell me what I said is not true? I beg your pardon? You were not there in our conversations! Instead of objectively listen to clients complaint, you chose to insult the client together with your worker without even being there at the scene. C’est honteux pour vous deux, pas moi. J’y suis allée cette après-midi et j’étais impressionnée par le manque de cordialité de la dame blonde qui tenait la caisse. Je me suis dit qu’elle doit être tellement fatiguée de ce travail qu’elle ne se rend pas de compte la chance d’avoir son kiosque devant le lac du Parc Montsouris! ou tellement sure d’elle et le nombre des clients qui passent au quotidien que la sympathie reste bien loin. On n’est pas là pour se faire des amis certes, mais si l’on s’approche avec la famille pour passer commande, un minimum de sympathie est attendue, mais elle était là pour expédier les clients au plus vite. La commande était passée un peu forcée car cela la gênait de répondre aux questions, j’ai voulu vérifier le montant à payer avant de passer ma carte et cela l’a gênée car il y avait le soleil qui donnait en plein face de la machine CB dont je ne pouvait rien lire et bien sûr, pas de temps pour me dire combien c’était de manière agréable. Crêpes simples, rien de spécialement bon. Je comprends que l’on essaye d’éviter l’utilisation de la vaisselle jetable mais, partir avec plusieurs crêpes brûlantes dans la main uniquement entourées d’une serviette et ayant des petits à tenir par la main en même temps ce n’est pas très cordiale, au moins les poser sur une petite assiette en carton. Un minimum évident! Pas besoin d’être magicien pour se rendre compte! Même pas le personnel/serveurs qui étaient là se sont dit : ah! Une petite assiette pour la dame! Rien! Bref! Je voulais partir vite pour m’épargner un moment pas trop cool ! À éviter, mais, c’est le seul kiosque buvette car l’autre plus petit devant le manège est souvent fermé, donc, on se retrouve bloqué devant une seule option. Note minimale, mais sûrement non acceptée et que sûrement et malheureusement ne servira à rien vu les commentaires déjà postés par d’autres personnes sur d’autres dates. Bien...

I visit this place multiple times to get a coffee or to have some crepes with friends. Unfortunately the lady (owner) is really not respectful and is serving people as she is doing it for free. She took it personally when i told her that i ordered a lungo and got an expresso, and she didnt want to fix (add hot water) my drink until I insisted.
