Wow! My partner and I had an excellent time at ‘La SouRis VeRte’. I wish I could give 6 stars! We arrived earlier than your typical French dinner time (18:30) and the staff definitely had some more spaciousness due to it not being busy yet. The owner was very personable and helped us pick a lovely wine bottle for the evening and our waitress so very kind in helping is translate what we didn’t know on the menu. It did help to know the tiniest bit of French since no one was fluent in English. After a glass of wine we ordered an appetizer followed by an entree. They both were proceeded by a complimentary ‘amuse bouche’ by the kitchen. We had a pork and liver terrine that was amazing and for the main plate a beef tartare with potatoes and pork belly with a cauliflower mousseline. We were blown away by the (balance of) flavor, presentation and attention to detail. Everything was fresh and beautiful, everyone was friendly and three hours passed in no time! It seems like they change their menu, if not weekly then pretty regularly, but I am convinced that anything we would have had would have been great. Also very good value for one’s money. Truly a place that is authentic and you can tell that they are invested in their crafts of hospitality, cuisine...

Couldn't have been a better night. So romantic, beautiful food with the chefs presence, perfect service and great wine. Jan explained all of the menu in English to us and sold us the night. Thank you

This place has great atmosphere and good food. Quirky, quaint, bohemian feel; and could have easily been in Shoreditch (london). Good place for mixed cocktails. Food and wine was very good!
