This place is a must-try in Paris. Highly, highly recommend their 23 euro lunch menu. What a steal!

Le 975 orchestrates an innovative French fair with an Asian umami twist. Perhaps reflecting the owner’s Japanese heritage.

The appetizer root vegetable soup with poached egg and foam is pure perfection. The veggie purée is a smooth creamy umami blend. And the egg… oh my, this is the most airy, fluid, and succulent poached egg I’ve ever had. Perfection, perfection, perfection! You should just come here for this appetizer.

The entree chicken supreme is also DELICIOUS! Juicy, tender-poached chicken breast bathed in a crustacean orange-coloured puree sauce, accompanied by colourful, boiled carrot cuts and baby romanesco, topped with baby endive leaves and crushed cashew nuts. Every bite is a delight. Mind you that this comment comes from someone is not a chicken supreme fan.

For third course, I chose the cheese, salad, and peach jam platter over the chocolate mousse dessert. It’s nothing remarkable, but I love that they offered so much varieties in this closing dish.

The interior is simplistic and modern, nothing dramatic, but they are seriously serious about food. Make sure to make a stop to this restaurant in your trip to Paris!...

Exceptional dining to the point that I'm really struggling to understand why it's not on the Michelin Guide. Everything about this place was 5 star, and for how good it was, the prices are so reasonable!

I honestly can't recommend this place enough. It has become one of my all-time favourites. That veal dish was the best veal I've ever eaten anywhere, and I'm still dreaming of that delicate Earl Grey dessert weeks later. The wine selection is also exceptional and the service is outstanding!

Given they don't have as many foreign customers, the menu was all in French. I was giving it my best with my GCSE knowledge and the waiter saw me struggling, so came over and translated the WHOLE menu! I was so appreciative and it speaks to the quality of the restaurant as a whole. The vibe in the restaurant is ultra minimalistic and cool and just wow... I really can't recommend it enough.

Of the 30 odd restaurants we visited across London, Paris and Amsterdam, this was the one that exceeded expectations the most. Incredibly impressed with what they're doing here, and I'll be sure to...

We were finally able to make it to Le 975 near the end of our trip, and we were so glad we got to dine here. We ate from the a la carte menu, but they also have tasting menus for lunch at 23€ and dinner at 49€.

For appetizers, we had the ham and the halibut fillet with eggplant and curry sauce. The miso eggplant was so flavorful and was my favorite part of the dish. The portion size was comparable to a main at most other restaurants.

For the main dishes, we had the veal and the duck. Both were delightful, but I preferred the veal. The spicy daikon is basically kimchi and paired really well with the mild tasting peas and lightly sweet apples.

We had the tonka bean cheesecake for dessert. I don't think you can really taste the tonka bean, but the cheesecake flavor was on point. It was also more of a mousse texture as opposed to the typical cheesecake texture, so the dessert felt very light.

This was hands down...one of our favorite...

Genuinely one of the best meals I’ve had in Paris at an extremely reasonable price for the quality you receive. The tasting menu was excellent. Every course had incredible balance of flavours and of very high quality. Was particularly impressed by the veloute which was smooth, creamy and topped off with cocoa nibs that gave it that extra texture & dimension. The tartare was fresh, punchy and had clean flavours. It was accompanied with shiso and pickles providing salty & acidic notes that brought out the flavours of the beef. The chicken was also delicious and accompanied by a rich sauce with fish that gave fantastic depth to the dish. The dessert was a white chocolate mousse topped with fresh fruits and a cherry sauce. The sharp sourness of the sauce cut through the creamy mousse excellently and gave the dish great balance, along with the delicious fruits.
