We booked a “family room” which ended up being two rooms with separate doors in a small entry way which had a single door leading into the main hallway. Ended up costing about 250 per room per night, a fairly reasonable cost for Paris. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s a ten minute walk to the metro, which is why I gave it a 4 out of 5 on location (for me, five minutes or less walk to public trans is top notch). It’s also on a fairly busy street which makes for a fair amount of city street noise but this was only a minor negative. You can be at the Arch and tourist district in about 30 minutes with a walk to the metro station at Place de Clichy where the blue line drops you right at the Arch. One room was a queen bed and the other two twins with a pull out bed. The pull out was made up and ready for us upon arrival. We also checked in quite early, well before normal check in time, and the rooms were ready for us! Staff is excellent! We had an issue with the key scanner on one of our rooms and the front desk attendant came up to swap the batteries right away. They also put a nice birthday sign and some balloons on the door the morning of my sons birthday. We didn’t even know they were going to do that nor did we ask ❤️. The included breakfast is decent; certainly not the most incredible free breakfast spread I’ve seen in my worldwide travels, but well above a Hampton Inn standard for sure. You’d probably get more for your dollar with an AirBnB apartment for your family, but we had to change our plans due to concerns with current events in the city (protests and riots due to political stuff going on). Of course, you don’t get free breakfast with an apartment, nor is it always easy to get immediate help when stuff goes wrong. I’m very pleased with the stay and would recommend it as a good option for the price.

Recently I returned from a 4 night stay to celebrate mine and my wife's birthdays. The hotel is close to public transport, about 5mins from bus stops and 10mins from the metro and about 15min walk to the sacur cœur, there are plenty of bistros, cafés and restaurants close by to choose from and feels safe walking about after dark. over all the stay was quite and pleasant, badal on reception was polite and informative, we had the top floor executive room with TV , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and small ftidge the. the little bar and breakfast areas were clean and tidy. I would have given it 5 stars but a couple of things spoiled it, upon arriving in the room, unpacking our things we found a used bathrobe with a baseball cap wrapped up in it stuffed into the wardrobe, and a couple of days later I found a pair of socks rolled up in the corner, so obviously to room hadn't been checked properly before we were allocated the it. Although it's all you can eat, I thought the breakfast was a little pricey for what was on offer, €10 for express breakfast, cereals, pastries and coffee etc or €20 for the full breakfast as above but with meats and cheeses, fruit, vegetables, bacon, sausage and eggs cooked in various ways. These 2 things in no way impacted our enjoyment during our stay, As I mentioned above there are plenty of local eateries close by, If we ever visit Paris again it would be high on the list to be considered

The property and overall expectation for an IHG hotel was as expected (one of the reasons why we choose to stay in them), except one major disappointing issue. We arrived on 9/13, on 9/16 their elevator broke. They placed a sign that is was a shutdown as part of improvement works it was out of service since the 17th, which was incorrect and odd. We were provided a room on the 7th floor. We had to go up 7 flights of stairs for the remainder of the trip when we departed on 9/19. The part that was most disappointing was that the management/staff made no effort to either offer us a room on a lower floor, (which did appear they had available), assist us with our luggage on the AM of checkout, offer some IHG points (I am a member in long standing), etc. On one occasion, one of the staff members apology seemed very dismissive. We had additional family that had rooms on the 4th and and 5th floors and they had the same comments that I am providing. So what would have been a perfect trip to Paris was smudged by something that could have been handled by just being a little polite. I know they could not fix the elevator, I know what it takes to have them serviced as I have worked for medical practices that have had this happen, and we made every effort to accommodate patients that this may inconvenience.

I am a frequent user of the IHG family of hotels and I chose Holiday Inn, Montmartre for the brand and also for the fact that the room selection came with a bath as well as a shower. The downside of the choice was the fact that the hotel is located a fair distance from the nearest Metro station, with Blanche on the 2 line being the most convenient. It is a 10 minute walk from the Metro to the hotel, but not unattractive as you get to walk over the bridge that passes over Cimetiere De Montmartre. ||From the outside the hotel is very unpretentious however the inside is pleasant enough. My room was ready and I had chosen an executive room due to the sloping windows that offered excellent roof top views of the city. The room was compact but clean and was simply furnished to a suitable standard. There was a safe in the room and I felt secure. The double bed was comfortable and had a nice thick duvet on it. The air conditioning was powerful and I was able to maintain a suitable temperature throughout my stay.||One attraction when selecting the room was that it was meant to come with a fully stocked mini bar however I was disappointed that this had not been done when I arrived. It was only put right the following day, meaning that I had no refreshment in the room on my first night. “Fully Stocked” was used liberally as this ended up being a can of Coke and one of Perrier Water, and also a bag of crisps. I don’t consider that to be fully stocked. There was good focus on the hotel being environmentally aware as a jug was provided to chill down tap water, rather than using plastic bottles, There was a notice confirming that the water was safe for drinking. It transpired that this mini bar was only” filled” on arrival, rather than daily, and this was not made clear on the website. It and would have been a realistic expectation for the stocking to be daily, given the inflated cost of the room.||The bathroom was functional and well maintained and there were adequate fresh towels and toiletries. Two bathrobes were provided in the wardrobe however, one disappeared each day until there were none. These were replaced when I raised the matter with the manager.||Breakfast was included and this was a simple affair that was quite adequate. The food was continental in the main and there was a reasonable selection available. |On checking out, my bill was correct and the staff were again helpful and pleasant.||This is 3* hotel that provides a 3* level of facilities...

We recently had a good two night's stay at Holiday Inn Paris - Montmartre. ||We stayed in room 506 which faced the inner yard. The room had a good size with a kettle, an espresso maker, a jug for getting drinking water from the "kitchen" close to the reception and a good size empty fridge. Coffee and milk were provided for the first night but not replenished for the second night. Luckily we saw the cleaner who was doing her rounds and she brought us some more once we asked her. There was also a rice bowl and 2 pairs of chopsticks. There was some lack of storage space as there was only a wardrobe with some cloth-hangers. The bed was comfortable. They had a note on the pillow which said that it would be possible to ask for a soft or a hard pillow made with natural materials. As we were happy with pillows we did not use the offer. There were bedside tables on either side of our beds and a small table with one chair. The carpet was fitted which we were not keen on due to hygiene reasons.||The bathroom had a bath and shower combo. There were some full size Dove products next to the sink: Hand soap and body lotion. They had full size Dove products next to the shower/bath: Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In the bathroom there was a good amount of storage for potions and lotions.||We only had two little complaints about the hotel. ||Firstly, the breakfast was OK but not to the standard of most other Holiday Inn hotels, for example Holiday Inn Grands Boulevards has a far superior breakfast buffet compared to the one at Holiday Inn Paris - Montmartre. We understand that Holiday Inn Paris - Montmartre is smaller and the breakfast area is smaller, but some more variety would be welcome. The items in the breakfast buffet were replenished regularly which was a plus. We found it a bit odd that the people taking care of the breakfast area were so keen to take our plates away if we had a little break with eating. On both mornings we had to tell them that we were not finished yet.||Secondly, the breakfast finishes at 10am and the check-out is at 11am. That is an hour earlier than in most hotels.||But on the positive side, they served mini pastries in the reception in the afternoons which we thought was a nice touch. ||All things considered, we would stay again at Holiday Inn Paris...
