Do not even think about going to this place if you have an ounce of self-respect. This bar and restaurant is a complete disaster. The drinks are watered down, the interior is a cheesy fake setup, and the food is mediocre at best—and outrageously overpriced for what you get. But the real nightmare is the staff, who are unbelievably rude, dismissive, and serve with a level of indifference that’s almost impressive. However, the worst part by far is the security guard—an insufferable, aggressive thug who acts like he owns the street. He screams at customers, insults them without provocation, and throws tantrums like a spoiled child. His hostility borders on violent; he prides himself on intimidating anyone who dares to stand outside. Rather than keeping the peace, he’s there to bully and make your night a living hell. It’s shocking how someone so rude, insolent, and hostile can be employed in a customer-facing role. And forget about going outside for a breath of air—he’ll block your exit, yell in your face, and act as if he’s the law. They sell drinks way over their capacity and then, of course, refuse to let you leave because of their “neighbors,” as if you don’t have any right to leave at your own convenience. The whole place operates as if it owns the street, with no regard for patrons or public norms. Save yourself the trouble—don’t trust the hype. This place is a disgrace, and the security guard is the pinnacle of its toxicity. Stay far away unless you want to be yelled at, insulted, and intimidated by someone who clearly thinks he’s above the law and...

Everything was absolutely fantastic! We chose the lunch menu of the day (Friday). every dish was served promptly. The team was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere felt so warm and inviting. A special shoutout to the bartender))) — so kind, attentive and genuinely wonderful ☺️. We loved every moment!

I’d also like to highlight the dessert—it was pure perfection. Moist, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and the textures were out of this world! Simple yet brilliant, packed with flavor, and crafted with such thoughtful attention to detail.

Truly an...

A really nice parisian bistro with a vibrant and busy vibe, clearly liked by a lot of people as it was packed all evening. We sat by the terrace and ordered some cured ham and egg with tartare sauce (fun surprise to get a whole boiled egg with the shell on) and then their côte de bœuf with fries and a really tasty bearnaise on the side to share. Big portion for two people. Staff had a lot to do but still managed to take their time with every table and deliver service. Also had a glass of red beaujolais that was out of this world !! Big recommend !

The Cornichon (gurken, or pickle 🥒) is a great place if you're looking for good simple foods and likewise on the ambiance. It's a place pretty much made by what people like these days. It's retro look gives it a nice feel, diner like style but without pushing it. I like going there for lunch more than dinner because it's so packed in the evening it's almost annoying.

Fun vibey scene. Lots of young locals. People were there mosty for the wine, cigarettes and good conversation. We, on the otherhand, came starving and ordered more plates than could fit on the table. The food was solid - did the job of absorbing our wine as we drank the evening away :)
