I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Le Verre Luisant, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts and frustrations. It was meant to be a pleasant morning, but unfortunately, it turned into a series of disappointments that left a sour taste in my mouth.

First and foremost, the lack of WiFi in this day and age is simply unacceptable. I visited the restaurant hoping to catch up on some work and stay connected, only to discover that there was no WiFi available. In a world where connectivity is crucial, especially in public places like restaurants, it is astonishing that le verre luisant hasn't prioritized this basic amenity.

To add insult to injury, the service we received was absolutely abysmal. Despite being the first patrons to arrive, we watched as the waitstaff delivered orders to every single table around us while completely neglecting our table. It was disheartening to witness other customers being served promptly while we were left waiting in confusion.

When our food finally arrived, it was not only delayed but also incorrect. Our order was completely messed up, and the dishes we received were not what we had ordered. The lack of attention to detail and the careless mistakes were evident, leaving us feeling extremely frustrated and let down.

The overall experience at the restaurant was far from satisfactory. Not only did we have to endure the inconvenience of no WiFi, but we were also treated poorly by the staff, and our order was mishandled. As a paying customer, it is disheartening to receive such subpar service and be denied a basic level of respect and attention.

I sincerely hope that they take these issues seriously and addresses them promptly. It is imperative that they prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that all guests are treated equally, regardless of their arrival time. Additionally, providing a reliable WiFi connection is a must in today's digitally connected world.

Based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend Le Verre Luisant to others. Until they improve their service and address these fundamental issues, I believe there are better dining options available that value their customers and provide a more enjoyable experience.

Disappointed and...

Waiter conducted crime at the Le Verre Luisant restaurant towards guests because the guests complained about how terrible the food is. Filing police report and lawsuit - not for the money but it is what they deserve for how they treated the customers with such poor experience and food. And that they will not get away with wrongdoing. Reviews filed everywhere. Extremely bad food that is only a suffering to eat it, let alone paying the full price for such a subpar experience. When the police came, the pathologically lying waiter would make up a lie that customer won’t pay to cover up his assault. But honestly he just wanted to save the table to make more $$$ while charging full price for food so miserably cooked. Don’t eat there for your $$$ that is better spent for a much more tasteful and well treated experience.

What these retarded don’t understand is when you offer low end quality product and service, let alone assault, the customer no longer owe you a dime but the restaurant is due for damages and...

We went to this place on a very raining evening and it was pouring outside so was nice to find somewhere inside. I’ll start with the service - here there were two staff and their team work was absolutely superb and was great see them working together behind the bar and front to give good levels of attention to customers throughout the evening. We made the error of ordering the charcuterie board as a starter which was absolutely huge and it is definitely for sharing and not for one. The onion soup was good but felt that it could do with a little more seasoning. The duck was slightly over cooked (more on the medium side) and so was the steak. Generous portions of salad which we loved given how rare to see vegetables in Paris! The dessert was yum. The last note: the toilet is outside the restaurant, and therefore if it’s raining outside, be prepared to be wet to go to the bathroom. Overall, a good place for late night...

This restaurant is absolutely amazing!! We stumbled across it while thrifting in the Marais. The food was so amazing (the best croque madame I have ever had, the other hits were the Caesar salad, tagliatelle with salmon, avacado toast, and the Camembert)!! The staff is also so kind and helpful, and even remade one of our orders due to a food allergy. The ambiance and space is also so cute. Definitely eat here!!!

The food was ok. my wife is cat phobic, although she told the waiter, not sure if they cared, and we found the cat next to the table and my wife got her blood pressure high all night. another note, i like the decor in the place but the bathroom was really dirty and smelly. that turns me off somehow and it says a lot about the hygiene of the restaurant.
