WS Hôtel de Ville - Musée Pompidou — Hotel in Paris

My experience at Apartments WS Hôtel de ville - Musée Pompidou was deeply disappointing. During my stay, my black backpack mysteriously disappeared, containing valuable personal items. Despite my repeated requests, the hotel staff refused to engage with me or take responsibility for the loss. They claimed to have reviewed the surveillance footage, yet provided no evidence to support their assertion. Interestingly, I left the hotel alone and empty-handed on the morning of the 17th between 8:30 and 8:50, making it highly improbable that my bag was taken by an outsider. The lack of transparency regarding the surveillance footage further raises doubts about the integrity of the investigation. It's evident that my backpack could only have been lost within the confines of the hotel premises. The staff's dismissive attitude and poor service were utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment, as their disregard for guest safety and satisfaction...

I strongly recommend don’t choose this hotel for short/long stay.They gave me an awful experience.

First of all, It’s a room code hotel and they gave me a wrong code.I text and email them but didn’t get response.I wasted total three hours try and error for room code and finally I did it by myself. Second, the towels in the hotel were wet when the first day I checked-in. The hotel replied it is a normal situation. Third, I found the coffee machine still kept the coffee capsule, which was used by last tourist. It is obviously they didn’t clean accurately.

Apartments WS. What can be said about them? Our experience was horrible from the get-go. Upon arrival, the linens on the bed and towels were wet! Uninhabitable! NO RESPONSE from Apartments WS after multiple phone calls! Forced into an alternative expensive hotel for our stay. Our reservation was for apartment at "Hôtel de ville - Musée Pompidou" but as represented by Apartments WS. ||Now it is over six months of repeated attempt to secure recompense. They continue to lie and say the reservation was canceled! This allows them to rely on the NO REFUND cancellation policy. ||So what they delivered was totally unacceptable and they think that is ok? ||Run run run....
