Came here for dinner with my family visiting from England, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming; making us feel really at home. We had some cocktails before our dinner which were excellent. The extent of the different bottles they have above the bar is quite impressive, high quality and lots of choice. We were lucky enough also to be there on an evening where there was live jazz being played, this created a wonderful atmosphere and wasn't too loud so we could all still have a conversation. What an enjoyable dining experience brought to the fore by the very magnetic server team. My wife had the octopus which was superb and I had the duck, also tender and delicious. Le lieu est assez chaleureux et les assiettes multicolores donnent une touche originale. En entrée : le saumon fumé maison est vraiment très bon, moelleux sans être gras. Une texture et un goût parfaits. L’œuf poché sur sa crème de champignons est très savoureux également. Une belle réussite sur les équilibres. En apéro : les cocktails sans alcool sont agréables mais il y a trop de glace et l’acidité n’est pas très maîtrisés sur l’un d’eux. En plat : le poulpe est leur spécialité et cela se comprend car il n’est pas caoutchouteux et parfaitement cuit. L’encre dans les pâtes donne un style mais n’apporte rien, c’est même un bon moyen de se tacher. Les gnocchis sont réussis mais ça manque de peps. Un petit twist dans la sauce aurait permis de donner du relief à l’ensemble. En dessert : la tarte au chocolat était bonne mais malheureusement pas du jour ni de la veille car la pâte sucrée était toute molle. Etonnant dans ce genre d’établissement. Conclusion : pour une addition de 110€ à deux (sans vin, ni eau, ni autres) cela fait quand même assez cher et c’est dommage car on aimerait y retourner pour tester...
