A very lovely small shop, remind me of the 60-80's bakery shops. The service is chill not that fast, taking their time but pro. Their bread is really good brioche what was great neutral but having it's flavor texture from the external and internal is very good. The balance is great as it is not too sweet not too salt bite but not difficult to chew. 7+/10
palmier Great crispy and flaky level, with good sweetness level not too sweet but still that lovely coating and some sugar crystal bite. Very lovely. 7.5/10
Flan this is kinda dissapointment as the texture is for me a bit too much of a bite, also lack in flavors would like more also the burn flavors is lacking compare to the content. 3/10
Overall if I am in Paris and I have time I will visit once more and try so other products. 6/10 Oh for sure the prices...
Read moreThis place is lovely and beautiful. We stay to a hotel close to this place for 4 days and we went everyday for breakfast. This is a local place where many locals go for bread which I think every pastry they sell there are made by them. They sell water and apple and orange juice. They also sell coffee but with no milk. Please come and visit this place which is also not expensive. There's a park crossing the street for running, walking, take...
Read moreWorst experience ever. The bread was the most basic sour dough I’ve ever eaten. No fluff, no depth, no taste.
it was like having a cardboard box. Yuck!
Their “famous” sable/ cookies were stale. That was highly annoying. Cookies had an expiration date for March and they were bought in Jan. They were soft and stale! No crunch what so ever. Bad plastic packaging no wonder they were stale.
How do they even dare?
The most overrated boulangerie in Paris. Please avoid it.
If you want a good sourdough bread full of flavour and LIFE! Head over to Ten Belles or...
