As a loyal customer of Noir Cafe, I have always enjoyed the quality of beverages and service at your other branches. However, during my recent visit to this particular branch, I encountered a significant issue. I had ordered a flat white, but to my dismay, I was served a cappuccino instead. The cappuccino had an excessive amount of foam and the coffee itself was overly acidic, unlike the usual standards I have come to expect from Noir Cafe.
This deviation from the usual quality left me quite dissatisfied, and I must express my disappointment with the experience. As a loyal customer, it was disheartening to receive a beverage that did not meet the standards I have grown accustomed to at Noir Cafe.

The coffee culture of Paris has developed a lot over the past 10-12 years, occasionally approaching even the best US standards with Terres de Café, Coutume, and most recently Noir. Starting my day with a flat white from them was my dream becoming true. Also, I was so impressed by their alternative coffee drinks that I tried the charcoal flat white which was totally a new exp but not as good as a regular flat white that I am used to drink.
