Ola’s Café — Restaurant in Paris

Amazingly quaint café. Best burrito I’ve had in a while (which says a lot as a Californian who is usually surrounded by Mexican fare), although this Burrito was more of an Afro-Mex fusion with a subtle sweet surprise. I was so caught up in the euphoric state that I didn’t take any photos, so be sure to check out their IG page if you are the visual type. I cannot wait to go back once they reopen after their summer break. Everything we ordered tasted really good especially the Jollof. My friend and I ordered five items (2 mains & 3 desserts) shared everything, walked out under €30. Tried millionaire’s shortbread for the first time…richer than I thought so I will have to try it with coffee next time. oh and we got a live music surprise so I think it was one of my best first visits to date. OLA is run by kind, beautiful and sweet owners. Simple delicious menu, great coffee (flat white is incredible), good internet, clean bathrooms and the music is AMAZING - Miguel, Kendrick, Frank ocean and nicely curated playlists.

Favourite cafe in Paris! Super warm and inviting with delicious coffee and snacks. The granola and egg bun are perfect for breakfast, and the baking is amazing. Staff and customers alike are friendly; you can tell it’s a popular neighbourhood spot by how easily everyone chats with one another. Excellent music (Tems!) and books too....
