Pizzeria Luigi Pepone — Restaurant in Paris

This pizzeria is very close to the AirBnB where I was staying with my family and was a life saver twice during my stay. Food. Pizzas are great, the flavors are fresh and authentic. Kids loved the Margherita Pizza. My wife and I had the Bruschetta di Parma, which was really good. Service. The service is the best in this place, both times I went to order and pickup my pizzas and bruschetta I was welcomed with a smile and excellent treatment. I remember the second time, the young man that speaks English was not at the restaurant, but still the person who took my order and I were able to understand each other enough for me to place my order. However, it looks like they didn't charge me the whole order. When I picked up the order, the speaking English young man was back and he informed me that I was missing a bruschetta in my check. No problem for me, I pay what was missing, and he give my 7yo daughter a Tiramisu as an apology for the miss. Atmosphere. The place is super tiny, and we always order take out to dine in our AirBnB. I had an order, and I was waiting for my order almost 12-15 mins. After that, I saw one order was ready and another one was not ready. This is why I cancelled the second one and picked only one.

For that reason, the owner disliked my profile. It's such a worst thing that I got from that restaurant. I have my own right, how many orders should I pick.

Nous avons commandé une pizza dans cette pizzeria en nous basant sur les commentaires Google que nous ne comprenons vraiment pas. Commençons dans l'ordre :

le temps d'attente : 1h30 pour la préparation de la commande. A cela s'ajoute le temps de livraison (que le restaurant ne gère pas, donc nous ne lui reprochons pas). Mais 1h30 de temps de préparation pour une seule pizza, je n'ai jamais vu ça, quelque soit la fréquentation du lieu.

la pizza : la pâte n'est pas de qualité. Elle était blanche et cassante. La même texture que les pains en pâtons cuites à la demande ... certainement congelés donc. Vraiment dommage. La garniture non plus n'était pas de bonne qualité. Sur la mozzarella, c'était le plus visible : quatre petits morceaux sur la pizza, fondus, durs et caoutchouteux.

le prix : 14,5 euros la pizza. C'est peu chère dans l'absolu, ok. Mais pour cette qualité, c'est non.

Bref, une vraie déception. Et comme nous avons attendu cette pizza une petite éternité, impossible de recommander ailleurs à cette heure tardive. Ma recommandation : si vous voulez une bonne pizza, commandez ailleurs, quitte à payer autour des 18 à 22euros. Si vous voulez une petite pizza sans prétention pour combler une soirée, allez chez Picard. Au moins, vous savez directement ce que vous achetez et vous vous épargnerez le sentiment d'avoir été pris pour...
