Proost - Coffee Shop et Bar à Madeleines — Restaurant in Paris

I went on the last day of my Paris trip. I got the pack of 6 for my sister and had one there. I got almond, pistachio, chocolate ganache, peanut butter (vegan), dolce de leche and orange flower. We loved orange flower, almond and peanut butter very much. Pistachio and chocolate ganache were good. Dolce de leche was ok. The shop is cute and small with small indoor and outdoor seating areas. The staff is friendly and helpful. I went in the afternoon so there display was a little bit empty but they had all the flavours freshly made in the back. So don’t hesitate to ask if you see a flavour out of stock. They said the Madelines stay good to eat for 3 days and they were right. They were still very good when I landed back home. Simply excellent! Friendly and kind service. The madeleines are DELICIOUS. We tried vanilla and lemon poppyseed and they were perfect, just the right balance of sweetness and good texture. It was hard to pick flavors, maybe next time I’ll try all of them :) not to be overlooked the coffee is great too. Excellent flat white, creamy but not too much and the right temperature.
