We arrived and waited 5 to 10 minutes and nobody came. In the meantime a couple arrived 5 minutes after us, they are very quickly seated and the menu has already been brought to them.
At this point we had to stand up to signal that we were there but we were told that we had not been noticed, there were 5 tables occupied no more on a large empty space where the waiter is able to see all the customers who occupy the tables.
We had to leave because ethically speaking, we didn't feel like spending our money in a place where we didn't feel welcome from the start, especially in these difficult and unprecedented times where restaurants closed for two years are going bankrupt and people are unemployed and losing jobs.
