  1. They work when they want, not until 16, for example on Saturday, but until they have food to sell, or, I don't know, until they feel like it, may be.
  2. If some of the items are finished, they just sell you a lunch for the usual price, and the exact words of the "responsable en chef" are: "If you don't agree on our terms, you don't buy", instead of either letting people to take additional food item of other type to replace, for example, which many customers were asking for.
  3. They managed to sell me a salad that was à consommer avant 25.10 next day at 15 o'clock. I didn't check, because I trusted them.
  4. I saw a girl showing several pieces of glass in her dessert, she was very nice about it, but in US it would be a court case.

I want to say that NOT all Crous restaurants are like that, I know some that give some left desserts and pieces of cheese for free if they has excess shortly before closing for example. I would really suggest the chief manager asked by his director to re-think his conception of the restaurant. Students are not exist to eat just enough amount of food you cared to prepare. Students are RELYING on this restaurant, because food in Paris is expensive, and they are mostly foreigners here, and you, sir, BETRAY their trust when you say and do the things I mention earlier. If nothing is changed after my avis, I will proceed with...

Nowadays crous offer packed food but certain worker forget to serve me spoon and fork. She is totally not kind at all and also do not ask me any salt ketchup etc which was on the table (in the baskets) -last time another worker just gave me everything. Last time the worker asked me which one I need but I couldnt fully understood her with masks so I tried to pick them by myself but she raised her voice totally in unfriendly way. I don't want to go again. I dont know if she is not kind to me because I am foreigner and cannot fully understand/speak french but as a foreigner it was very unpleasant experience. + they always do not have dessert and only offer yogurt...

Located in the Cité Internationale Universitaire of Paris, this CROUS restaurant provides cheap and healthy meals for students at discount prices (1-3.30€). For the price, the food quality is great, although the customer service is incredibly disappointing and the hours are not great, especially as lines do tend to form in the evening. Great option for students during the week; without a student card it’s almost 10€ and not worth it. P.S. do not spend your money on the Saturday brunch, as it is almost double the price for a significant reduction in food quality.
