Tucked away in a charming corner of the city, Royal Indien has quickly become my go- to spot for delicious Indian cuisine. Whether I’m catching up with friends, enjoying a family dinner, or simply craving comfort food that warms the soul, Royal Indien never disappoints.
The ambiance is both inviting and elegant, softly lit with tasteful Indian décor that creates a cozy yet refined atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can linger over a long dinner without feeling rushed, and where laughter and conversation flow easily.
Now, let’s talk about the food : it’s consistently outstanding. From the rich, creamy butter chicken to the perfectly spiced biryanis and tender lamb curries, every dish bursts with flavor and authenticity. The naan is always warm and fresh, the samosas are crispy perfection, and the mango lassi is the perfect touch of sweetness to round out a meal. There’s something here for everyone, including a good variety of vegetarian options that are just as satisfying and thoughtfully prepared.
What truly sets Royal Indien apart, however, is the staff. They are not only attentive and professional but genuinely kind and warm. Each time I go, I’m greeted like family — with smiles, thoughtful recommendations, and excellent service that makes every visit special. You can tell they take pride in what they do and care about their guests.
Royal Indien isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience. One filled with generous portions, great conversation, and a comforting sense of familiarity. I feel lucky to have it nearby and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine served...
Read moreThis review is for Indians who are thinking to visit this restaurant in France. Seeing the reviews in Google you might feel it's an awesome restaurant but that's hoax. It's the worst Indian restaurant I have ever tried in Europe. For foreigners who have no idea how Indian food tastes like it might seem to be good but for my Indian friends please do not ever try food here. We ordered Chicken Biryani, Kashmiri Pulao and Mutton Rogan Josh. I have shared the pictures below. Chicken biryani was basically a mixed veg gravy along with chunks of chicken that was layered with plain white rice. It was never cooked in dum like Biryani is supposed to be made. It tasted worst. It had peas, beans and carrots in it. Next is Kashmiri Pulao which again was plain white rice garnished with cashew and raisins. Mutton Rogan Josh tasted like tomato puree.
I understand making less spicy food in order to cater to the greater crowd here but making something that not even remotely tastes like Indian food is unacceptable. Please improve your cooking skills else stop tagging yourself as "Indian...
Read moreNOT FOR INDIAN food loving people.Stay away the reviews are misleading. We were in Paris and after reading reviews we choose this Restaurant, but after our meal we were sure it's all fake reviews which are posted. Our chicken tikka gravy was all watery with red tomato sauce almost cold, Dal tadka was good in taste but the quantity of both dishes were almost 1/4 of the serving bowl , enough only for one person to have with 1/2 roti. Garlic Naan and roti was good but rice was also good for 1/2 person and was again cold and disappointing. Would advice fellow Indians to stay away from the restaurant it's a scam money making place. Dishes are extremely highly prices for the quantity and taste. I am making the above comments comparing with other Indian restaurant in Paris and other European cities. Before the Restaurant comment, I want to tell me and my wife were in your Restaurant for early dinner on Saturday sitting on the table opposite to ur...
