The New Me Reformer Pilates Wagram — Local services in Paris

Me and my three friends from Germany (I speak french) came to a morning class with Geraldine. The attitude as soon as you come into the studio is just very unfriendly and not welcoming. The socks to buy there are 30€(!!!!) which is insane, and they laughed in our face saying „yeah we know, we buy them for 5€ at Decathlon…“ very rude.

There‘s one machine that was broken, the machines in general are in a very bad condition. For 45€ a class it‘s really a joke!

Added to that, Geraldine was rude and had such a bad attitude which is a shame cause we were really looking forward to class! She asked us twice „do you understand english?!“ and even said „do you know colours?“ to my friend with such a horrible attitude! Very very dissapointing! Really a shame. Will not be...

There are so many great pilates places in Paris so don’t bother with this one. Person at the welcome desk was plain rude (their socks policy is ridiculous. How is it so complicated to lend newbies socks instead of making them pay 30€? Obviously this shouldn’t become a habit for members but not being able to be supportive or helpful in such an expensive pilates class left a bitter taste) and the class was just okay. The vestiaire is tiny and gets crowded easily. Overall a pretty mediocre experience. I’ve seen responds to other similar comments saying they want to improve the experience dating back to a few months and I can tell you that it’s untrue and they truly don’t care to make your experience a positive one. Management refuse to accept my 6 weeks of medical leave to extend my pre-paid classes.

They repeatedly insist in telling me I have enough time to use my remaining classes. And that if I don’t, I can get a new doctor’s note.

Extremely patronizing and a waste of our medical system. Why the refusal to accept my already issued, 6 weeks of doctor-prescibed leave?

I now have to undergo a 2nd operation this summer and still cannot take classes - and they are no longer responsive.

I have 8 classes remaining, at approx 40euros a class - it’s very dissapointing this management team is so unethical.
