Stayed here on the second leg of our France Vacation. Like many things in France, the rooms aren’t excessively big. We got the biggest room available in the hotel and for two things felt a big crowed but that’s only because we’re used to big spaces. The room and bathroom was clean. My only disappointment was the dirty fridge. We had the longest balcony so our view was impeccable! The staff is great! Very Freud friendly and nice! The galleries are down the street from the hotel! You may not need to go to the Champs Élysée for shopping when the perfume stores and clothes stores are so close! You can walk to a places from the hotel! Parking garage that offers discounted rates for hotel guests is right around the corner! You can walk to the market, restaurants, and boulengerie no problem. The hotel offers breakfast but we didn’t eat at the hotel so I’m not sure how great it is.

My original reservation was cancelled at 5am with no explanation. I messaged the hotel on booking .com and they said "business rooms don't have a bath" I did request a bath in the room; however, It would've been nice to know this before cancelling my reservation?? ... I had to book again. After reading a few reviews, I decided to upgrade. I emailed asking how much an upgrade would cost, no one replied to me. I then decided to call myself after a few weeks. The gentleman on the phone was really nice and professional. It was 70€ extra. Expensive, but totally worth it. The view wasn't the best, but the room itself was immaculate. Nothing bad to say about the room. Breakfast is 15€. I did not have it. There's a really nice pastry shop next to hotel and a supermarket in front of it. Metro is an 8 min walk the same to the train station.

We LOVED this hotel. Came from aus, travelling Europe. Very clean room and bathroom, room size perfect, booked last minute on website so paid a good price for room with balcony. Bathroom was beautiful, Fresh towels everyday, no noise (only street if you leave balcony door open), bed was comfy (firm). Hotel staff were so lovely and so helpful/organised, knew when we were checking out and organised a taxi to airport for us the day before. We would 100% recommend. Only thing that I would say is that the drain on the shower doesn’t work well, so the water from shower pools at your feet.

I would like to warn future guests about my extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, which demonstrates unprofessional conduct and misleading behavior by management.||My Experience:||In August 2024, I stayed at this hotel through a reservation made on Booking.com (Reference: 4953272743). I originally booked a Junior Suite for €188.60, which was assigned on the first floor. Dissatisfied with the room, the front desk staff explicitly promised me that I could move to a 6th-floor suite the following night. I agreed to this and paid €210.40, as evidenced by my payment receipt.||What Went Wrong:||When I returned on August 5 to check into the promised room, I was told the suite had been given to another guest. Shockingly, the staff themselves confirmed that my reservation for the 6th-floor suite was properly noted in their system. The mistake was acknowledged by management, and after a long discussion, they promised a full refund, saying only the owner (currently on holiday) could authorize it. I was told I would receive written confirmation of the refund by August 6.||What Happened Next?||Absolutely nothing. No refund. No confirmation. No resolution. Despite several attempts on my part to resolve the matter amicably, the hotel went silent. Weeks later, I finally received a vague, dismissive reply from the manager claiming I never requested an upgrade (!) and that I had simply been moved to a room on another floor of the same category. This is a complete distortion of the facts.||Conclusion:| • Hotel does not honor its commitments| • Verbal agreements are ignored| • Staff admitted fault, but management denies all responsibility| • Customer service is evasive, unhelpful, and dismissive||Advice to Travelers:||Book at this hotel only if you’re willing to risk broken promises, unreliable service, and zero accountability from management. A nice location or décor means nothing when you’re treated with disregard as a paying guest. I travel frequently, and this was among the worst hotel experiences...

Read the negative reviews for this hotel!

Very poor service and extremely rude staff. Staff will NOT help you if you have issues. They will NOT call management or escalate any problems you face and WILL be rude and lie to your face.

We had an issue where our keycard was taken from our room, and the male night receptionist was extremely rude, refused to give us a new card (claimed it was against policy???), refused to give us his name, refused to call management.

He literally told us to go to a 4 or 5 star hotel... Really puts into question whether he was involved or if he stole anything else from our room.

I also saw the night receptionist watching videos and playing games, which he quickly closed once he saw me.

Day receptionist was no better. They are all afraid to reach out to management to actually help or resolve issues. He told us he would call management if we told him the issue and then refused...

Never had such a terrible and unsympathetic experience at a hotel. They need to review their management practices seriously and hire better staff and managers who are actually willing to help customers.

Further problems: Extremely tiny elevator, barely fits two people, let alone any luggage you may have They changed our thermostat while we were out (see other reviews), room will be extremely cold when you return They refused letting us borrow umbrellas when it was raining They lied about features in the hotel not working because they had no idea how to turn them on Afraid of calling managers when they can't resolve problems

There is no reason to book a room here. It's out from central, not very close to anything, and is expensive and terrible for what it is.

Plenty of better hotels, better managed and better kept in the area for a better price.

Read the negative reviews and see that this hotel and management are not worth it and that your money can be better...

I booked a room for the 4-5 of August 2024 via Booking.com. My booking was for a suite for €188,60. The suite I got was on the first floor. I wasn’t happy with suite but unfortunately there wasn’t any other suite available that day. The front desk operator told me that for the 5-6 of August there would be a suite available on the 6th floor. He said if I would pay and book it now he would give me that room. I agreed and paid a higher amount €210,40. He told me he made a note in your system that I would get the suite on the 6th floor. Unfortunately when I wanted to checkin another colleague at the front desk said that the room was given away to another guest. He was surprised that this was done because he said that he has clearly in system written that the suite on the 6th floor was reserved for me. I said that this was unacceptable and I wanted a refund. He called the manager and the manager after a long discussion agreed that I would receive a refund because your hotel made a mistake. She said that the owner was on holiday and that only the owner could send back my money. She promised me that she would send a written confirmation to my email the next day as soon as she would be back at the hotel. This would be on the 6th of August 2024. I have called 3 times after I didn’t receive any written confirmation. Twice I was promised that a written confirmation of the refund...
