Came to Bercy station at 6am. Was looking for a place to sit down until sunrise and found this place. Saw on the menu the American coffee was €3, so I ordered it. Bill came out to be €5.50, and I asked VERY politely why there was a 2.50 difference. Got an attitude back because how dare this foreigner insult our seemingly-perfect-but-turns-out-to-be-perfectly-obvious overcharging schemes. So I resigned. Then I pulled out a couple sandwiches that I bought at a grocer earlier and put them into resealable bags with an intention of eating them throughout the day. Same server came over, clicked her tongue and waved her finger at me as if I was a tamed animal. Was I supposed to wag my tail, cup my hands, and stick my tongue out to hyperventilate in response? When I explained that no, these were intended for the entire day, and I wasn’t planning on eating them in the restaurant, she just shrugged and left. And there went my dignity. When I went to pay, she explained that the €3 Americano was for coffee counter customers only. Well why didn’t they say so? Why was it not on the menu? Why was it not communicated by the server? Why was it not corrected when it’s clearly their fault for not mentioning it to me? It’s not that I’m disappointed about the 2.50, they could very much have it if they were so desparate to wring it from travellers, but it’s that they treat me like a stray just because they were never gonna see me again. Besides, isn’t it supposed to cost more at a table because you get service? it’s not like any extra care was provided when I sat down? The only extra something I received was a reprimand when I divided my sandwiches up without asking for permission. This was my first ever impression of Paris. And that, to be honest, almost ruined the morning for me. Well, time to spread the word for everybody to avoid this place. If you are in the area early in the morning, these guys would be the only one open. But heed my words, only enter when you’re prepared to be treated like a piece of gum stuck on a truck tire. I wonder if they ever read customer reviews here. If so, here’s something for you: I hope the €2.50 saves your neck when facing bankruptcy and...

Was looking for to sit down and eat while waiting for a bus. ordered burger and fries. The fries were cold. The inside of fries so they didn't even fry it or just put it into the fryer and take it out in 1min or so. Of course the taste was terrible. And the burger patty tasted a bit weird so I thought they used the meat that was gone bad but I think it's just poor quality of meat that smells really bad. I didn't get food poisoning so the latter would be correct. And I paid 18,90euro for that? the worst burger and fries ever. Also, I'm not sure if it's racial discrimination or the workers are terribly not nice because a lot of Asians are experiencing that staff in some restaurant in Paris are not making eye contact when it's so obvious that we'd want to order or pay and etc. or just ignoring customers. So I asked the black worker for the bill and he didn't bring it to me for 15 min and I was right next to the door and he was doing all the work for other table (It was 11am and so there were only a couple of tables) and I kept looking at him to expect he would look at me then say he forgot or whatever but he was just passing by. Then I asked another white woman. She was also rude. she said she will come with the bill and I waited another 7min because she was doing other work other than getting me the bill. Why is it so difficult for them to just bring me the bill? I literally don't get it. and when she put my bill on the table I said Can I pay now and she goes yeah ofc like when ppl say whatever and not even at my table but going inside of the restaurant. She said with the tone all the time except for when she was taking order. anyways didn't expect it to be this long and I bet the workers don't even care haha but just wanted to contribute to lowering the stars:) Also, if you treat people like that it comes back to you karma is b and degrade yourself so be kind at least as a waiter...

Ordered an iced latte. It came out and was an iced coffee. I then asked for cream (figuring the waitress would bring a small cup of milk). She takes my drink, goes back inside, and comes out 5 mins later with a disgusting concoction that can barely be called an iced latte. I asked the waitress for the WiFi password. Took her nearly 10 minutes to come back with the name/password. She points out the network and tells me the password in French and walks away (I don’t speak French, she knows this). She comes back, I ask her to type in the password for me, still doesn’t work. She tells me to capitalize the first letter. Still doesn’t work. She tells me she’ll figure it out. Comes back with a written password (which is the same password as before). Clearly, it doesn’t work. I find another guy who tells me it’s not Bercy2012 but Tbercy2012. Still doesn’t work. He tells me that I’m trying to join the wrong network lol. After what feels like 20 mins, I finally get WiFi and it’s absolute garbage. All I wanted to do was install an eSIM and I couldn’t…
[At this point I committed to writing a bad review]
Pizza comes and it tastes like cardboard I go to pay and the iced latte (which I drank less than 1/3 of because of how gross it...
