ANCO — Restaurant in Paris

i dont usually do reviews but this restaurant made me reeeeally happy! i was there with friends and we ate a lot and spend the perfect price proportioned to the quality. everything is delicious i could find a single flaw or thing i wanted different in the food. i've been far from my home country (italy) for a few months and i was missing the food because being a tourist of course is really different, because you dont know what you find and where so i tried a lot of times to have a good lunch/dinner and i struggled to find places about which i could say "this is really good". anco is the first place that didnt make me miss home! the quality is perfect, who works there is really kind and polite, and also they have lunch deals that are quite cheap and you get reeeeeally good food! i think one of the best places i've ever been to in my entire life for some reasons that make me really satisfied. good job!! if ill be back in paris ill make sure...

After an exciting Olympic game in Bercy, there is nothing better than a full meal to satisfy my appetite. ANCO is very closed to Bercy and many people have been giving a thumb up to it. We order a chef’s special which is duck breast with sweet potato in purée and roasted crepe mushroom foam, and a beef chuck with parmesan and hazelnuts. The duck breast is a bit too well done but the whole plate is delicious. Beef chuck cooked for 12 hours and it just melt in your mouth. The garlic and honey sauce enhanced the flavor of beef, the roasted parsnips are fresh and full of nature taste. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. Staffs are courtesy and gentle. Great food, incredibly friendly and helpful service! We actually ate here twice on our recent trip to Paris because it was near our hotel and our first experience was so good! I have an egg allergy and the manager was happy to check the allergen list for me and let me know which dishes I could eat (which turned out to be most of the main dishes). I had the chicken supreme on the first night and the vegetarian risotto on the second and both of them were DELICIOUS. We took our friends with us on the second night, and the manager and servers took great care of our group. Everyone loved the food and had a great time.
