The breakfast package is 4.5euro. I bought two and should pay 9 euro. But they charged 11.40 euro. Always double-check your receipt — this feels less like a mistake and more like a pattern. Be very careful — this place is shady. When I tried to correct them, they told me it’s extra charge for takeaway, which doesn’t make any sense. I said shouldn’t eat-in cost more? Then they again changed the reason, saying they gave me two free bread but I only got the two packages I ordered. I was still trying to understand the reason behind the extra charge but the waiter rudely threw at me two euros and didn’t respond anymore. Rude services, shady business. Tourists should always be careful with them. There are plenty of friendly cafe around the corners. Don’t go to this one!

horrible restaurant, I paid to leave my bags there when I came back my bag was broken and they didn't take responsibility for what happened, the owner of the restaurant was very rude and wasn't man enough to take responsibility for what happened inside the restaurant itself, he disrespected my girlfriend and yelled at us when we only wanted our rights. À l'occasion d'un concert à l'Accor Arena, nous nous sommes retrouvés très tôt à Bercy. Décidés à passer le temps, mon amie et moi, choisissons de rencontrer deux personnes d'internet d'aller boire un verre. Notre décision s'arrête sur Le Chambertin, bien charmant d'extérieur, tout comme en intérieur. Originaires de province, il faut admettre que les prix étaient déjà surprenants. Mais bon, c'est Paris, c'est les vacances, c'est comme mettre du sel sur un plat comme si demain n'existait pas. Il y avait une formule petit-déjeuner avec boisson chaude, jus d'orange et viennoiserie. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu un juste milieu avec une boisson et une viennoiserie. Bref, nous prenons quelques chocolats chauds et une camomille, c'était succulent. L'endroit était tout de même chaleureux. C'était même impressionnant et inattendu de pouvoir assister à la manière dont les produits livrés descendent et remontent par un monte-charge parfaitement bien camouflé dans le sol. C'était probablement le plus immense divertissement de Paris. Ce moment dans ce café était satisfaisant. Le petit inconvénient, c'est lorsque le serveur (doublure potentielle de Jason Statham) a amené l'addition. Nous nous sommes sentis "obligés" de quitter les lieux, et pourtant, nous n'y étions pas depuis longtemps. Ce n'était peut-être pas l'intention, toutefois, c'est ce qui émanait de la démarche à l'instant-T. Une adresse sympathique tout de même, aux abords de Bercy. Avec des prix parisiens. Rien de très anormal !

We haven’t had food in this restaurant, but if you are here to use their “lockers” think twice and try to find another place around. The staff wasn’t nice and helpful, felt like we were really not welcome. First, we couldn’t book the time we needed and booked half an hour later and they said to wait strictly until that time(reminding that they take the price for the whole day no matter how long do you leave the luggage for). They couldn’t help us with english too, not even basics. The “locker” is just a corner(not even a room) in their restaurant. when leaving we saw the main woman throwing backpacks around to the floor and one oj another because all the baggage didn’t fit to their corner. Some of the head pillows were on the floor and backpacks...

Terrible experience. I don't think I have had a most unpleasant waiter in a long time. Years maybe! For real, but why a café restaurant would have someone like this serving tables??!! Not a smile, I guess he was bothered that it took us 5 minutes to choose from the menu? Or maybe since it was 14h and our table was 1/2 in the sun we asked to move to another table in the shade. ( I clarify, there were only 3 tables with people, the rest empty, and we had only napkins in our table) so to move to another one was not a big deal. Or maybe he was just in a bad mood because he had to work this Friday? Which ever reason, too bad for him he looks unhappy. And of countless we are not coming back...
