Deludente! In genere quando passo per Parigi in treno prendo del sushi a portar via alla Gare Montparnasse. Oggi dovendo prendere un treno per Nancy ho deciso di provare questo take-away di sushi a la Gare de l'Est: non ci tornerò una seconda volta! Dai nigiri al salmone, passando per i maki per finire ai california, tutto era assolutamente senza gusto, una vera delusione. Nella box "à partager", a 25€, la maggior parte dei maki e california erano di pesce cotto oppure condito con formaggio spalmabile, tutti con sapori irriconoscibili e blandi.
