I went here with my parents and spouse and wow was the waiter rude! I asked if I could order a few things to start before ordering more and he said yes, but then when I picked only four things he insisted I order two more. Also when I tried to order one beef and one lamb dish, the waiter just said NO! BEEF! assertively without explaining why. My spouse asked a few follow up questions, and it turns out they didn’t have the lamb that night, but the interaction was uncomfortable and it felt like the waiter was annoyed with us. The food was pre-made and mediocre. The beef and hummus plate was really just hummus with some tiny pieces of beef sprinkled on top. We also got just two falafel balls for 5 euro, which felt very pricy for the quantity. After we left, we all agreed that the waiter’s rude and gloomy attitude made it a pretty negative experience. The two sandwiches we tried were tasty, but not really outstanding. I'm pretty sure the beef shawarma was actually beef mince (from opening up the sandwich and the consistency, it looked that way anyway), so while tasty enough it isn't really what you want when you order shawarma. In the halloumi sandwich the cheese wasn't grilled before being put in the sandwich, and again while tasty enough I've generally had grilled or fried halloumi in Lebanese wraps / sandwiches in the past and think it adds a lot of flavour (as well as generally the default of how I've seen halloumi prepared in that region).
