good food. we had the fried chicken and sweet potatoes (excellent). was not a fan of the vegetarian sandwich which was basically a seared oyster mushroom on a bed of cabbage and carrots on a bun. was just lacking flavor and not enough mushrooms. ambiance was nice with the mailboxes hanging on the wall. One of my favorite restaurants in Paris. Warm familial vibe — great music, chill atmosphere.. delicious cocktails and authentic Caribbean food. The bokits are phenomenal, and go really well with the sweet potato fries. The drinks and cocktails are delicious.. the coconut punch is one of the best drinks I’ve had in a long time.. so smooth with tons of flavor. Can’t wait...

Je suis de la Guadeloupe donc très critique lorsqu’il s’agit de cuisine antillaise. Ici, il s’agit de street food, et les bokits chez nous sont une institution.

Mais tout est bon! Des accras, aux bokits au pain traditionnel revisité (et malgré tout très bon), sans compter les rhums arrangés, le thé glacé maison et…le sorbet coco traditionnel fait main!

La déco est incroyable avec énormément de détails importants qui rappellent le péi (le bar en dominos notamment) et les vinyls de stars de zouk et kompa retro font voyager les millenials comme moi, nés dans les 80s qui ont connus les meilleures heures de la musique guadeloupéenne.

Toujours de la bonne musique, toujours de la bonne humeur de la part du staff quand j’y vais. Vraiment pour l’instant, sans faute.

Le seul tout petit bémol: la sauce chien me manque avec le bokit et les accras, même si la mayo maison...
