We were glad to have chosen Vindo for our second and last night in Pau. Service went above and beyond with Chef Vincent explaining his menu in english for us. So many delicious dishes … we chose a tasty terrine for entree, and beef (very flavoursome and tender) and trout for our mains. Desserts included an orange Crème brûlée. Quel délice, vraiment ça faisait longtemps que jamais pas mangé une viande aussi bonne . Son goût et resté sur mes papilles toute la journée 🥰. J'avais le menu du jours a 17 euro . Entré , plat et dessert. Juste delicieux jusqu'aux petits pains .J'aurais bien pris une deuxième assiette juste par gourmandise tellement c'était bon .
