Been wanting to try L'apostrophe ever since I moved to Reims! 💖 I've been passing by it for a while now and i was always in awe how elegant the facade was from outside. I'm happy to say it was equally as beautiful inside! 💖
I went here around 7:30pm and was seated immediately. Despite the busy dinner service, it's not too hard to be seated as the place is deceivingly big inside!
The Mojito was great. It had just the right amount of punch to it. Most restaurants make the mistake of putting too much syrup that you can't even taste the rhum so I recommend this one.
I had a Carbonnade de bœuf and I'm still raving about it! The beef was tender and the sauce was not overpowering.
My partner had a filet de bar. It was cooked perfectly, was not too salty and the veggies complemented it well
My only comment is: steer away from the Asian dishes! They are far from authentic and you are better of just trying some of their other offerings.
Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and I see myself coming back to try other dishes...

We walked in one evening with our travel bar book—basically the world’s most finicky cocktail list. Pierre, the bartender, dove right in like a pro, instantly clued in on what was in our book, and picked one of the trickiest drinks to make. The result felt like a masterpiece—the kind of cocktail only a master mixologist could deliver.
After we left the bar, he and the rest of the staff actually checked on us from outside—totally unexpected and incredibly thoughtful. The food that followed? Just as unforgettable: beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious. If you want classy cocktails and a staff that makes you feel seen, book this place.

Steak ordered medium, came blue the other lady next to us... ordered duck... was not cooked through. my wife ordered tartar... smart play dishes were being sent back non stop all around us to be re-cooked. our server was not present at all, it was the food delivery girl who was doing the running around. We saw her try to tell the manager that service was going poorly, but he brushed her off our food returned microwaved slightly... still super rare. our server came at the end of the night to hand the bill to us and asked "if everything was to our liking?"
I spent 3 more days in reims just to see if this is common here. It is not, reims is amazing, A'postrophe is just a joke, most over rated restaurant...
