This restaurant is located in CentrâHotel. I donât usually eat at hotel restaurants because I prefer exploring and discovering other places. I was, however, attracted by the menu, which was posted in the lobby. You can either sit inside or outside on the terrasse which is very pleasant due to the nice breeze and pleasant environment. The staff is very welcoming and the waitress will make her recommendations with great enthusiasm. This was useful because everything seemed delicious. I had the slow cooked pork belly which was absolutely amazing! Crispy on the outside while the inside melts in your mouth. The sauce is amazing so you will need bread to scoop up every last drop! Contrairement Ă ce que vous avancez, je ne suis animĂ©e dâaucune frustration personnelle. Jâai un parcours solide et des diplĂŽmes qui mâont permis dâaccĂ©der Ă bien dâautres opportunitĂ©s.
Si je prends aujourdâhui la parole, câest parce que ce que vous appelez un « essai » nâest rien dâautre quâun travail non dĂ©clarĂ©, sans contrat, ni encadrement, ni rĂ©munĂ©ration, ce qui est illĂ©gal. Ce nâest pas une simple erreur ponctuelle : vos mĂ©thodes se rĂ©pĂštent.
Ce jour-mĂȘme, je me suis rendue au restaurant dans lâoptique de rĂ©gler ce litige Ă lâamiable. Romain, un membre de votre Ă©quipe, mâa confirmĂ© que je ne serai pas rĂ©munĂ©rĂ©e.
Pire encore : sur place, jâai croisĂ© deux autres victimes de ce systĂšme. Lâune travaille encore aujourdâhui pour vous â dans des conditions douteuses â et lâautre, prĂ©nommĂ©e Fanny, a elle aussi effectuĂ© plusieurs heures de travail sans ĂȘtre payĂ©e.
Il serait temps de mettre fin Ă ce schĂ©ma bien rodĂ©. Et si Audrey, votre cuisiniĂšre, joue un rĂŽle actif dans le recrutement de nouvelles victimes sous couvert de ârecommandationâ, cela pose un sĂ©rieux problĂšme dâĂ©thique.
Tout cela sâest dĂ©roulĂ© sous les yeux de clients, dans un Ă©tablissement dĂ©jĂ visitĂ© par lâInspection du travail et lâURSSAF. Il y a donc manifestement des antĂ©cĂ©dents.
Je ne remets pas en cause la qualitĂ© des plats, que je nâaurai jamais lâoccasion de goĂ»ter. Mais il est hors de question que je contribue, mĂȘme dâun centime, Ă un Ă©tablissement qui exploite sans scrupules de jeunes travailleurs.
