Je ne mets qu'une étoile car on ne peut pas ne rien mettre... Je me suis arrêtée pour boire un simple Coca. J'étais en terrasse. Au moment de payer, la serveuse m'a dit, je cite : "Je ne prends pas la carte bancaire en dessous de 5 euros". Je lui ai demandé s'il y avait un établissement bancaire aux alentours car je ne paie rien en espèces tout en carte bancaire mais elle a aussitôt ajouté, je cite : "On ne gagne pas d'argent avec vous" (ceci devant tout le monde). Elle est malgré tout revenue avec son TPE où j'ai pu régler. J'étais "sciée" devant une telle remarque. Je précise que cette information n'est affichée nulle part. Le gérant est arrivé et lorsque je lui ai dit que l'affichage était obligatoire, il s'est montré très très agressif et m'a demandé qui j'étais pour lui faire une telle remarque (toujours devant tout le monde). Il m'a dit que j'étais CHEZ LUI. J'ai cependant bien insisté sur le fait que ce n'était pas mon problème s"il ne gagnait rien avec un Coca à 3,90 Euros ! Il n'est cependant pas au-dessus des Lois ! Ce genre de comportement est inacceptable. Pour information, la loi impose l’affichage clair des conditions de paiement (article L112-1 du Code de la consommation). Probablement la plus horrible des crêperies que j’ai vu de toute ma vie! Nous sommes arrivés vers 12h afin de manger de bonnes crêpes salées, la serveuse était assez aimable au début, mais puisque nous étions accompagnés d’un enfant en bas âge, son attitude a très vite changé. Nous avons chercher pour un menu enfant mais il n’y en avait aucun donc pour l’enfant nous avons du prendre des frites a un restaurant en face. La serveuse nous a donc donné un regard noir avant de s’empresser d’aller voir son supérieur. Celui-ci est sorti d’une manière extrêmement déplaisante pour nous affirmer d’un air supérieur et non aimable "les frites ne sont pas acceptées, si vous voulez en manger sortez du restaurant". Choquer par la façon dont il nous a parlé nous avons commencer a partir mais ma mère à commencé a lui demander des explications puisque beaucoup de restaurant accepte ça et nous n’avions jamais vu qu’ils pouvaient refuser jusqu’a nous demander de sortir.
