I have visited the establishment on several occasions starting from January 2018 to May 2018. Every single time I have taken the "Menu a 41". The tuna tartar is very delicious and fresh, as well as the terrine de foie gras. The fish of the day is always cooked to perfection and I have tried the probably best Kouign-amann with a salted caramel sauce in my life (hope it's still on the menu!) A nice restaurant near the sea in la Baule, mainly known for its seafood. We ordered a Sauzon salad and a Mexican galette; the food was delicious and very well presented. The staff were welcoming and kind. The only problem is that they don't have any vegetarian options for vegetarians, but if you ask for some modifications to your plate it is always possible. Lovely friendly welcome by the owner and all the staff. We had Fruit de Mer with all the trimmings. Great value at €98 for 2 people. Loads of huge prawns and crayfish/ languostines. Sensational whole spider crab. Owner was also kind enough to give us a brandy on the house and joined us. Location is over looking the beach and the restaurant itself is just perfect.
