Very disappointed with my experience On Sunday, I had dinner at this restaurant and ordered an entrecôte with pepper sauce. The menu showed only one entrecôte option, as the XXL was crossed out. I didn’t specify the size because there were no other choices, but when I received the bill, I was charged for the XXL (29 €), which I consider excessive for a standard dinner. When I raised the issue as they handed me the receipt, I was rudely told that the smaller entrecôte had been removed from the menu weeks ago, but this was neither clearly indicated nor communicated in any way. I feel completely misled—if I had known, I would never have ordered that dish or agreed to that price. To make matters worse, the service was terrible and extremely slow all evening. Some customers waited over half an hour just to place their order and were treated rudely when they asked if they could finally order. Many ended up leaving out of frustration. Has this restaurant changed hands or just staff. Been eating her many years when visiting the Air Show. Always been good until this year. First night we ate all was good, probably because it wasn't so busy. Second night we ordered drinks and asked if we could order in 5 minutes and this didn't seem a problem. When trying to order we were completely ignored by the waitress. Asked several times, she even said I'll come to you next, but never did. After about 45 minutes wait we paid for our drink and left as did another couple next to us did as they wanted another drink/desert. Yes it was busy but didn't warrant the rudeness from the waitress. Highly recommend this restaurant, especially the guy who is waiter here. He worked very fast, from get the order food from customers at tables , bring foods, he has skills how the deal with customers who are not to have booking in advance, he suggested some drinks to customers while waiting for the table.
