Average Vietnamese / Asian food place in Sarlat. Everything was too sweet and when they said spicy they meant mild. I ordered it spicy but it was sweet and the chili sauce they told is really hot I could have eaten by the gallon ;-) The pho was a cloudy mess with sugar through it and it really got my sugar levels high. I am a Chinese-American and have been living in France for many many years. It’s not easy to find high quality asian food in my region. We were craving a nourishing bowl of pho and were absolutely delighted with the flavor. The place has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is a family-run spot — the owner is from Ha Tien, Vietnam, so you can expect delicious southern-style Vietnamese pho. We even got to hear their immigration story — so sweet!
