Parc Du Plantier — Attraction in Sarlat-la-Canéda

Pretty park lying above and on the outskirts of the old city, within a short walk of the main streets and tourist attractions. A nice place to sit and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

A pretty tree lined path runs along the top of the park to the bandstand and to a small children's play area.

There's plenty of shade and benches, although a couple of the beaches are a little rickety.

In one corner there are public toilets, but whilst free, they're not very clean. Just serviceable.

A lovely place to come and sit and get away from the bustling town. It is peaceful with lots of benches, big shady trees and paths which are easy to navigate.
