Del Ferro — Restaurant in Sartène

Apart from the food and the ambience, the way the waiters approached the guests was incredible. Everybody was treated with care, small talk and genuinely welcomed. They worked perfectly as a team and it was just so nice being served like that! We got the burger and steak and they were both DELICIOUS. I’m not even the biggest burger fan but it was so flavourful and buttery, with crispy warm fries and homemade bun. What I liked also a lot about the steak was the salad. It wasn’t just some vegetables put together but came with very deliciously dressing and had a little sharpness that balanced the fattiness of the steak perfectly. The location right at the harbor is fantastic, and the interior design is just as beautiful – we felt very comfortable right away. The staff was super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Full marks for service: 5/5!

I was served quickly and didn’t have to wait long for my food. The menu has something for everyone. I went with the visually impressive black burger – definitely eye-catching, and the homemade bun was a nice touch. Taste-wise, it was good but didn’t completely blow me away. Still, the quality is definitely there, and other dishes might be even more convincing.

If you're looking for a great place to eat at the harbor, this is easily one of the top spots in my opinion....

We had a quick , delicious lunch in the port of Bonifacio. We researched a bit the area and discovered Del Ferro which has a lovely terrace by the water. Service is top notch, the guys really polite, they moved real quick. We had the crispy chicken burger which had an insane cheese melting in your mouth, a huge portion of fries accompanied the burger which and these have been delicious.
