As we search for restaurants to eat at along the port we found this interesting spot right by the boats. The kissing pig had a few dishes that looked interesting to us so we decided to go inside. We arrived at 7:15 without reservations and were able to sit out under the covered patio. We split a vegetarian salad and then had the grouper and the lamb dish. Read moreHighly recommend this restaurant to everyone looking for Corsican cuisine either traditional or with a twist. The friendly atmosphere reminded me of the one of an Irish pub, some traditional music in the background but not too noisy and without the stouts so let's say a Corsican pub!
The food was really good and perfect in terms of portion sizes, not too light and not too heavy, and the menus include the starter, the main and either the cheese or some of the desserts.

Read moreI'm a simple man, of simple pleasures. The charcuterie here is spectacular, best I had during a week traveling around Corsica.
I made the mistake of ordering the mixed cheese / charcuterie board. The cheese was good too, but I know where my heart lay by the end of the meal. Do not make my same mistake!
