We had a wonderful dinner at La Table By Mi - K'L! These are exactly the kind of flavors, presentation, and service we expect when going to a restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide!
We chose two different three-course menus so we could try everything. We were served by the chef himself, who, in very good English, gave us recommendations on both the menu and the wine. Michael also advised us not to overload ourselves and skip the cheese platter we initially wanted to order as an extra. Naturally, he was right—the cheese plate would have been too much. Michael’s service was simply excellent!
Before the appetizers, we were served a complimentary amuse-bouche from the chef and a delicious baguette.
The appetizers—a savory waffle with fish and mousse, and an egg with mushrooms—were an absolute 100/100! What flavors, what textures! A top level of culinary skill!
For the mains, we had vegetables and a fish tartare. As another complimentary dish, they also brought us baked eggplant and a simple bowl of green salad. The eggplant was finger-licking good.
For dessert, we had fruit with rice pudding. That particular dessert probably wasn’t to our taste.
Overall, the food here is absolutely delicious. You definitely need to book a table in advance. The prices, in our opinion, were quite modest for food of this level!

Read moreWhat a wonderful restaurant. The fact that the first page of the menu lists all the local producers they work with speaks volumes…this is a place that really highlights and celebrates local ingredients. The restaurant and service were so welcoming, and everything we tried was delicious, some unexpected playful flavours which worked beautifully. We loved that the cheese was served as if at home, felt like a child in a sweet shop so many lovely things to choose from! It was such a treat to find this place on the last day of our holiday, and a blessing it opens for Monday dinner! Merci...
Read moreWell presented restaurant with lovely decor. Surprised to find the food lacking in flavour after reading good reviews. My husband was served terrine in a dish that had been half eaten and was asked to scoop out what he wanted. Very weird. My fish was cooked well - totally tasteless and a nondescript sauce. The vegetables were good until I noticed a crunch- not washed properly. We only speak English, so couldn’t communicate our disappointment with the chef. The chef and wait staff were...
