I’ve been a regular at this restaurant, but my recent visit has left me extremely disappointed. My husband and son both ordered the chicken burgers, and to our shock, both plates had to be sent back to the kitchen because the chicken was pink and clearly undercooked.

My son’s burger had to be sent back a second time because it was STILL pink inside! By the time we dealt with this issue, I had already finished my salad, and it was frustrating to see my son still waiting for his meal. It makes me wonder about the quality of the chicken being served—could it be some cheap meat rather than real chicken?

We were offered free coffee or tea as an apology, but after spending over an hour and a half in the restaurant dealing with these issues, we just wanted to leave. Despite being regular customers with no previous issues, this experience was unacceptable.

My wife told the waiter that she is allergic to gluten and lactose and asked for a "tagliata" with no sides, no salt, no pepper just-the-meat. When the meat came, it had a tomato, on it, contrary to instructions. Then my wife had a doubt and asked to waiter whether the meat had been marinated. This was the case but he just did not tell us! Hadn't my wife be so careful, she could have spent the night at the hospital or worse. So we asked the same waiter for a seared salmon with no sides and nothing on the fish. It came with all sides and some stuff on the fish. We decided to call it an evening and left. They made me pay both the salmon and the tagliata, that we did not touch.
