Prestation indigne qui ternit l'image des commerçants au sens noble du terme. De façon factuelle : 1) il nous est annoncé 30 mn de cuisson pour la pêche du jour, un poisson chapon d'1kgs 8 (facturé 180€), qui nous a été servi après 1h30; 2) Une bouteille d'eau gazeuse commandée au moment de l'aperitif qui n'a jamais été servie; 3) Assiettes pour le poisson commandé dressées 5 mn avant l'arrivée du poisson : résultat, garniture froide lorsque nous avons été servis du poisson; 4) Aucun plat enfant et pour couronner le tout, alors que nous leur avons commandé des plats adultes, impossibilité qu'ils soient servis en premier. Certes, nous sommes en pleine saison, certes nous sommes en vacances mais la prestation a été très en deçà de tout standard ! Le meilleur pour la fin : nous demandons à échanger avec la gérante afin de lui faire part de ces faits et lui suggérer un geste commercial et là, stupéfaction, c'est à nous de nous justifier.. Le monde à l'envers et ce d'autant plus que d'autres clients étaient insatisfaits ce soir là en raison de l'attente et pour certains de l'inversion de leurs plats avec une autre table ! A éviter absolument, d'autres restaurateurs alentours servent aussi des poissons de qualité avec un service et une attitude adaptés. Nous avons réglé la note, le souci le plus important de la gérance de cet établissement qui a une chance inouïe de travailler en B to C avec des paiements comptants.En résumé, poisson correct, garnitures froides, attente interminable (arrivée 20h,sortie 23h), pas d'eau pétillante, des enfants qui n'ont plus faim après avoir attendu leurs plats 1h et aucun geste de la part de la gérance et surtout, aucune considération des FAITS relatés mais une attitude condescendante et méprisante. Et je précise à chacun que je suis patient et absolument pas critique, tous mes autres avis sont constructifs. Même s'il n'y avait pas eu de geste mais une attitude professionnelle et une reconnaissance des carences de la prestation, mon propos aurait été tout autre mais en l'espèce, cela a été un florilège de tout ce qui est à éviter en commerce et/ou restauration ! J'apporte quelques précisions suite à la réponse du gérant qui s'enlise dans la mauvaise foi et n'assume pas, décidément, les carences avérées. Nous ne sommes pas arrivés à 4 comme prétendu mais à 3 et les 3 autres 5mn après. Néanmoins, toutes les commandes ont été passées simultanément après 20 mn d'attente. Le ticket de caisse, pas de certitude que l'horaire émis par la machine soit correct ! Repas enfant : une sole de 200 grammes prend 5 mn à cuire tout au + et l'attente a été 1 heure. De plus, la gérante nous a soutenu qu'il était impossible de prioriser des plats ce qui annihile, hélas, la thèse de la priorisation du plat que vous inventez. Pour "l'agression" dont celle-ci dit avoir été victime, qu'elle contacte les autorités compétentes, les agressions sont réprimées par le code civil, voir pénal selon leur gravité. N'était-ce pas plutôt un "agacement" qu'elle a pu ressentir eu égard aux carences de votre service et à la question "que faites-vous dans la vie" qu'elle a osée nous poser ? S'agit-il d'une question posée fréquemment à vos clients et faut-il en conclure qu'en fonction de la profession le service est différent ? Enfin, pour le digestif proposé, aucune chance de l'accepter : les clients se déplacent en voiture et limitent la surconsommation d'alcool afin d'éviter de perdre leur permis. En outre, cette proposition a été faite en tout dernier recours lorsque la gérante a senti qu'elle avait peut être été un peu loin... Pour ce qui est de ma noblesse, les internautes pourront juger par eux-mêmes que tous mes autres avis sont positifs et que j'ai d'ailleurs louée la qualité de la prestation de l'un de vos confrères restaurateurs de Hyères (pour une addition supérieure). Résidant la Touraine, la noblesse me parle, cette région étant réputée pour son art de vivre et….sa gastronomie où vos confrères font parfois des gestes commerciaux lorsque la prestation apportée...

Overpriced, was exited to have diner there based on the menu, but did not match expectation at all, my lobster spaghetti dish was poor for a price tag of € 45, almost insulting, didn’t want to complain at the table we just pay the bill without taking any dessert or coffee, do not wright review normally as I am an Executive chef myself but he had to be said. Was excepting a better quality and at least home made spaghetti but they were clearly bought in. Minimum amount of lobster lucky if I had 70 to 80g in the plate, we are travelling every year since 2016 in the Provence region and being s family of foodies we are eating in several restaurants during our stay but never been that disappointed before. Staff were friendly I enjoyed the wine but the food was a disappointment. I know from previous reviews that the owner do not take criticism very well, but you just need sometime to take in on the shin recognise that you could do better for the price you are charging and make sure you are meeting client expectation, this is the nature of our...

The restaurant looks really nice, inside is clean and airy. We had scallops which were good, and the pasta with truffles and chorizo which was a desaster. Chorizo was hard as rock and the pasta was cold and looked that it was seating on the counter for an hour. My husband asked to change the dish, the waitress put the fork and knife on the table and left with the dish. They warmed it up in a microwave which made it even more gross. My kids pasta with clams was similar. The bill was 180 euros for this horrible dinner and experience. I am usually eager to give a positive review and happy to pay the high cost of the restaurant for a great meal and service but this was disappointing. A dinner that was promising was horrible. We loved this place - they opened early for us even though we didn’t ask - great service - fabulous fresh fish with table side deboning - very nice touch. My beef was delicious- cooked perfectly but would have liked a bit more meat for the price. I would go back and order a seafood platter to share. The local red wine I had was delicious. Their friendly staff were professional and warm and even indulged us as native English speakers. Excellent spot.

Best restaurant by the port by far! Loved the atmosphere, and the staff was so friendly ❤️ food was amazing and obviously prepared with a lot of care with fresh and high quality ingredients. Had the lightly fried seafood platter and tempura veggies to share with the whole table and then had THE MOST beautiful burrata salad which I highly recommend. Overall this place was fantastic and definitely worth getting a reservation

We loved this place - they opened early for us even though we didn’t ask - great service - fabulous fresh fish with table side deboning - very nice touch. My beef was delicious- cooked perfectly but would have liked a bit more meat for the price. I would go back and order a seafood platter to share. The local red wine I had was delicious. Their friendly staff were professional and warm and even indulged us as native English speakers. Excellent spot.

Best restaurant by the port by far! Loved the atmosphere, and the staff was so friendly ❤️ food was amazing and obviously prepared with a lot of care with fresh and high quality ingredients. Had the lightly fried seafood platter and tempura veggies to share with the whole table and then had THE MOST beautiful burrata salad which I highly recommend. Overall this place was fantastic and definitely worth getting a reservation
