💎 Hidden gem alert in Toulouse 💎 If you love Ethiopian food (or just food, period), RUN, don’t walk, to this place. The dishes are out of this world: everything is handmade, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Ingredients are either locally sourced… or smuggled in style inside the boss’s suitcase straight from Ethiopia when he goes back to the bled. Authenticity level = 1000.

Service? Next-level. The boss doesn’t just serve you food, he serves you love, stories, and enough passion to light up the whole block. And beware: they do not do “portion control” here. You order one thing, you get one and a half (sometimes two) — because making sure you leave stuffed and smiling is clearly part of the business model.

Honestly, it’s a mystery why this place isn’t the talk of Toulouse already. Consider this your insider tip: go now, thank...

I had the pleasure of visiting an Ethiopian restaurant today to explore the rich and vibrant flavors of Ethiopian cuisine—and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely phenomenal, with each dish beautifully infused with bold, authentic spices. I tried the Beyaynetu, and it was the perfect meal—a delicious medley of vegetables and meats, each bite better than the last. If you’re a beer lover, don’t miss out on their Habesha Beer—smooth, crisp, and the perfect complement to the meal. The warm and welcoming host made the experience even more memorable....

Loved our dining experience here. From the food to the drinks and service, everything was perfect. A portion of the menu is vegetarian and we were told there are more vegetarian dishes being introduced soon. We tried Beyaynetu and Shiro. I highly recommend both the dishes. For drinks, do try the Tedji, a fermented Ethiopien sweet wine served traditionally. They host coffee sessions every Sunday afternoon which I am really looking forward to attend sometime. Keep in mind, the service is slow but the spirit makes up for it.
