We have had fantastic experiences at this (newer) restaurant in Toulouse. We've eaten here for lunch and dinner and been thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and service for the fantastic price -- absolutely delicious.
An important note, I am American and celiac and have had some negative experiences with restaurants/chefs not taking my dietary needs seriously, this was not the case at Sarbacane. I was so grateful and impressed with Sarbacane's owner, who was so kind and accommodating to my needs without compromising the quality of our food. Our family has both wheat eaters and celiacs and we all felt the meals were delicious.

Au dĂ©jeuner, le restaurant affiche un menu du marchĂ© semaine Ă 23⏠entrĂ©e-plat-dessert, cependant une fois la carte en main nous constatons plĂ©thore de supplĂ©ment Ă©chelonnĂ©s de 2 Ă 3 ⏠sur chaque entrĂ©es et plats si nous souhaitions manger de la viande ou du poisson, câest Ă dire autre chose quâun menu prĂ©sentement vĂ©gĂ©tarien. Pourquoi ne pas rehausser le menu directement autour dâun trentaine dâeuros ? Le bĂ©mol nâest pas le prix du menu en lui mĂȘme mais la façon de le prĂ©senter aux clients. Quand je vais au restaurant jâapprĂ©cie que ma viande ou mon poisson soit dĂ©jĂ compris dans mon menu.
Concernant les saveurs, pas franchement en accord avec les avis que jâai pu lire ⊠carte qui se veut originale sur le papier mais dans lâassiette je ne retrouve pas vraiment de goĂ»ts et aucune harmonie entre les associations. Viande de paleron prĂ©sentĂ©e comme cuite « 48h Ă basse tempĂ©rature » mais en rĂ©alitĂ© trĂšs dure et difficile Ă mĂącher. EntrĂ©es sans vĂ©ritable intĂ©rĂȘts gustatifs.
La recherche des saveurs et des goĂ»ts nâest selon moi pas totalement aboutie et je refuse ces supplĂ©ments Ă tout va.
