After reading past reviews I thought that I was in for a good meal. When I arrived I was in a queue for a while and ignored by all the staff. My server when we were finally shown to a table reeked of BO, which was not very nice. It took 2 goes at ordering as his computer stopped working first time. Although the restaurant was quiet drinks took ages to arrive and the jug of water was slammed on the table. There were 3 of us and the first meal arrived after 20 minutes and the other two 10 minutes later. My meal was wrong, but by that time a was so hungry I accepted it. I have been to many Buffalo Grills in France and have visited this one twice. I should have realised after the first visit. The Waiter didn't appear to speak any language properly and it took a while to get the message across. They had sold out of my favourite choice (and also the second time I visited there a year later), the mais was cold but after 2 nibbles it wasn't replaced when I mentioned it but taken away and returned hotter with my same nibble marks in it. Despite the fact that it took over 45 minutes to serve our food, the mixed grill was so cold it could have been used to chill our drinks! I hadn't realised before that most items they sell are precooked, chilled, and then just reheated to serve. Well as simple as this should be, this place was incapable of doing the reheat, even after sending it back, it still was returned luke warm.
