Can I give this restaurant six stars? I loved it so much I went twice in two days. Every element — from the warm, personable service to the thoughtfully paired wines — was pitch-perfect. Each dish was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavour, texture, and a certain je ne sais quoi that’s hard to put into words. My favourite of the four dishes I tried over my two visits was the beautiful “Oeuf Parfait” Shakshouka appetiser, served with an equally perfect, mouth-watering house-made focaccia. But truly, everything I had was amazing! You can feel the care and creativity in every bite. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and sincerely hope to return one day. Merci et bravo!

We were pleasantly surprised in Tours—every bite exceeded our expectations, bursting with sophistication and delicacy. We ordered lamb and tuna as the main dishes, and from the meat to the sides and dressings, everything was cooked to perfection and meticulously seasoned with flavors unlike anywhere else. Riding the wave of this delightful experience, we decided to try the desserts, which turned out to be a brilliant choice. Both the fig cake and black tea cake were a joy—rich in flavor but not overly sweet. To top it all off, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, a key factor that enhanced our entire lunch experience. For me, it’s a must-visit spot in Tours! Highly recommended.

If we could give a higher score we would. From the moment we were greeted by the chef and welcomed by our server we knew the experience would be extraordinary. The use of fresh seasonal ingredients combined with artistic and thoughtful execution made for an exquisite meal. The wine pairing recommendations were on point. If you are anywhere near the Loire Valley, make your way to Tours and do NOT miss Dahlia.
