Galazio Restaurant & Beach Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

We returned second time to Rhodes just for this place! Guys, you are amazing - they are quick, polite, helpful, and have a good sense of humour. They are more than just the staff, they are the soul of the restaurant, without these guys it would be just a building :) Food 100%, cocktails 100%, service 100%. The place is clean, cosy and comfortable. We spent all 4 days of our romantic escape there and we will definitely come back! Thomas, Tony, Vegelis - baby boy, thank you all! Miss you already!

Previous review: Galazio Restaurant and Beach Bar was an amazing experience! We stayed a week in Rhodes and this was our main place to eat and drink. They have very comfortable sunbeds just next to the sea and you get service to your sunbed while lying down or swimming. The speed of service is incredible, and the food and drinks are just divine! The first day they told us to consume a minimum amount of 15 euros in order to use the sunbeds which was fine, although I'm not sure if it's legal. We consumed a total of 25 euros though, but it seems it was not appreciated from the owner, so the next day, they told us that they changed policy and now we had to pay for 6 euros for each sunbed (total 12) and there was no minimum amount of food consuming, which bothered us because we paid extra for food and coffee WITHOUT KNOWING before. A sincere and from the heart message to the owner: the next time you see that you have few loyal actual customers day after day, it would be better not to change the policy every once in a while, especially on those hard times you all have to deal with due Covid... Incredibly disappointed with our lunch here a couple of days ago. Where do I start? The service? Terrible. Prices? Way too high for what is given...

We ordered a chicken and beef burger which was tasty enough, though we barely got any chips. A burger like that for 16€ is ridiculous. When our drinks came, we were served a cracked and dirty glass. We gave it back to the waiter who was miserable as anything. All of the staff there was. I understand its seasonal work and its difficult but they could at least try to be more attentive and considerate. We were also overcharged and were given no receipt, so we couldn't ask for some of our money back. Very dissapointing experience as we were looking forward to eating here.
