My visit to this cafe was far from satisfactory. There was a serious issue with the restroom door, which couldn't be opened from the outside. To make matters worse, my young daughter got trapped inside, and the owner refused to provide a screwdriver to help us. Instead, she criticized my parenting, which was both unprofessional and unhelpful. For the record, I had previously checked the door lock for emergency opening, but it was clearly malfunctioning.
I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during this stressful situation. Instead of offering assistance, the owner chose to berate me for letting my daughter use the restroom alone. It's essential to emphasize that in a public place, a restroom with a broken door handle is not only inconvenient but also poses a significant safety risk in the event of a fire or other health emergencies for customers. This experience was not only unpleasant but also potentially dangerous, and I hope the cafe takes measures to address these issues for the safety and well-being of all...
Read moreI have loved this park since childhood, which was opened with the assistance of the legendary Georgian writer Nodar Dumbadze. In essence, the opening of the park in this picturesque and relief place was the idea of this writer. The park opened in 1982 and I was lucky enough to visit this park in the same 1982. I remember that day very clearly and vividly. We, the children, had fun and interesting. So, the main advantage of this modern cafe is its location. It's always crowded there, but you can always find a table and a chair, inside or in the yard. The spirit of the legendary Paul McCartney somehow always hovers in this cafe. You can find there a great print edition with photos taken by Linda McCartney on her favorite Polaroids. The food in this cafe is delicious. Hot drinks are good too. Of course the prices are quite big. Service and maintenance, unfortunately lame. However, like almost everywhere else in...
Read moreI didn't expect writing a 1 star. Service is disgusting. They charged us literally per order, couldn't even make it to washing my hands properly before the meal. Their argument was that "they close their machines due to movie in 5 minutes" but the movie turned out to be in 3 hours. It's such an annoying way to disturb people, even though we requested that we would pay after finishing the meal (because we planned to stay for a long time and keep ordering different meals along the way). Finally, during payment they declared that they can't split our orders per person (I don't understand how come every simple request is difficult for these people) which I think made no sense, unless their billing system is a trash. Not to mention that they didn't have 3 out of 5 varieties of beer, even though it is utmost expected to buy such a drink at...
