Chopsticks — Restaurant in Tbilisi

My friend and I visited this place, and we were extremely dissatisfied with the level of service. Firstly, we were not informed in advance that not all dishes from our order would be served. This caused confusion and disappointment.

Secondly, we expected a peaceful atmosphere on the terrace, but to our horror, stray dogs started climbing onto our couch and placing their paws and snouts on the table. Clearly, this is highly inconvenient during a meal. It would have been desirable for the staff to control such situations and take measures.

Additionally, we were constantly bothered by beggars who persistently asked for money to go to McDonald's. This created discomfort and distracted us from enjoying our meal.

Finally, when we received the bill, we discovered that it included even the dishes that were never brought to us. This clearly indicates the incompetence of the staff and a lack of attention to detail.

The service staff hardly approached our table and did not check if everything was in order. Even when we asked to remove the dog from the couch, the waitress said she did not know how to do it.

Overall, our visit to the Asian cuisine restaurant was a disappointment. We were hoping for quality service, a cozy atmosphere, and delicious food, but we received the complete opposite. We hope that the management takes appropriate measures to address these issues and improve the overall...

I went there twice as a vegetarian and wouldn't recommend it. Lower your expectations. This isn't an Asian or wok restaurant. This is the Hinkali Factory restaurant but they also provide Asian menu that you could order from.

First time I ordered a miso soup, vegetarian rolls, and cucumber rolls. I wouldn't recommend vegetarian rolls because they are not tasty at all.

Second time around, I got myself a work that I built myself from elements in their menu. I got double tofu to get at least more veg protein but there weren't that much tofu on my plate. First of all, Teriyaki Chicken was incredibly good, it was delicious. You need to try this 🤤 Shiitake Salad was also very tasty. It had very delicious umami flavour.
